/ ORDERING PROCESS

Placing an Order: All orders must be placed though our website. Choose your products, add any special requests in the provided field, and complete the checkout process. We only offer our products by the dozen (12) or the half-dozen (6).
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please review the details and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
Customization: Custom orders, including specific designs, flavors, or dietary requirements, must be clearly specified at the time of ordering. Additional charges may apply for complex designs or special ingredients.

Lead Time: Please allow 3 days for production, as all items are made to order. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Delivery/Pickup: We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius of our bakery for orders $50 or more. We also offer the option of pickup at or near our bakery. Please inform us of the method you prefer in receiving your goodies during checkout.

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accepts returns.
Refunds: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may offer refunds or replacements at our discretion for items that are damaged, incorrect, or do not meet our quality standards.
Photographic Evidence: To process a refund or replacement we may request photographic evidence of the issue.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Paypal, and other secure payment methods as listed on our website.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery/shipping fees.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
Modification: Any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placement. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them.

Allergens: Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
Special Dietary Needs: We offer options for various dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan). Please specify any dietary requirements when ordering.

Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
